Cancellation policy

❌ Cancellation Policy – Casa Balcones

Casa Balcones is a small family-run guesthouse with a limited number of rooms.
For this reason, all reservations are non-refundable.

💳 Cancellations

In case of cancellation, no refund will be issued, regardless of the date on which the cancellation is made.

One date change will be accepted free of charge only when:

• The request is made at least 30 days before the arrival date
• The new requested dates are available
• The change is within the same season

Requests made less than 30 days before arrival cannot be modified.

If there is no availability for the new dates, the amount paid will not be refunded.

If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled arrival date, the reservation

will be considered cancelled and 100% of the amount paid will be retained.

In case of leaving the accommodation before the scheduled departure date,
no refund will be made for unused nights.

Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of this Cancellation Policy
