• Please respect the house as if it were your own

• Quiet hours: 22:00 – 06:00

• No smoking anywhere inside the house

• Keep shared areas clean and tidy

• Please take care of the furniture and facilities

• Inform us immediately if something is damaged or not working

🛏️ Rooms

     We want you to rest well and feel at home. To help us keep the rooms clean and comfortable for everyone, please use the space responsibly.

• Treat the room, furniture and decoration with care and respect

• Do not write on, paint, or damage walls, doors or furniture

• Please avoid staining sheets and towels with make-up, creams, mud or hard-to-remove products

• Towels and bed linen are not changed during the stay and there is no daily room service. If you need an extra change, please ask us

• Keep your room tidy during your stay

• Do not eat food in bed that may spill or stain

🌡️ Heating & Air Conditioning

• When using the air conditioning or heating, please keep doors and windows closed

• Using it with open windows may damage the system and reduces its efficiency

• Please turn it off when you leave the room

🐾 Pets

Well-behaved and calm pets are welcome under the owner’s responsibility.

• Pets cannot be left alone in the room

• They must be on a leash in common areas

• Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas

• Owners must clean up after their pets

• Any damage caused by a pet will be the guest’s responsibility

• Please bring your pet’s own bed, bowls and hygiene items.  We ask this so that every pet can feel happy, calm and at home in their own familiar space

• For hygiene reasons, we cannot provide pet beds or accessories for each animal

🥐 Breakfast – Family Kitchen Area

🕒 06:30 – 09:30

Breakfast is served in our family kitchen-dining area, which is a shared and private space of the house. Please enjoy it as if you were at home, with care and respect.

• Access is allowed only during breakfast hours (06:30 – 09:30)

• Outside these hours the kitchen is closed for private use

• You may prepare coffee or tea using the Nespresso machine

• Please do not open cupboards or drawers or use private family utensils

• Cooking and the use of other appliances are not allowed

• Breakfast is for consumption only in the dining area

• Taking food away, making sandwiches or preparing food for the Camino is not permitted

• Please take only what you need and avoid food waste

• Leave the table and area clean after use

• Children must always be accompanied by an adult

• Pets are not allowed in this area for hygiene reasons
